Motovation  is headed up by Richard Schmidt, #775 .  After many years of trying to get a location of his own, perseverance was highlighted when Rich was finally able to get approvals for his own site, "Off Road Vehicle Adventures" in Williamstown, NJ.  Rich is a New Jersey State Certified Teacher, motocross instructor since 1993, professional racer since 1994, certified US MCA (US Motorcycle Coaching Association) instructor, certified MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) Instructor, certified ASI (ATV Safety Institute) Instructor, certified ROHVA (Recreational Off Highway Vehicle Association/Side by Side) Instructor, a certified EMT, and also the “Motocross Professional” to the NJ State Police.  For seven years Rich served as the head instructor for the Tony D Motocross Schools where he traveled to over 32 states per year and trained over 6,000 students.  Rich is also the former track managers of both Raceway Park (Englishtown, NJ) and NJMP Field of Dreams.   He has been involved with the off road industry since the mid 80’s making it safe to assume that Rich knows his stuff when it comes to the ORV (Off Road Vehicle) world!
